You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Viator let us down on our private transfer from hotel to airport. We booked a private mini van for 4-8 passengers & luggage as we had two large luggage and two small luggage and a smaller car could not carry luggage. When transfer vendor contacted me, he has nothing larger than a small car and said he could not carry the luggage, even thought I booked a van thru Viator. I contacted Viator and they tried to book me another van at over twice the price!! This was their effort to resolve the matter! I booked the transfer thru my hotel and worked great! No2 trying to get Viator to refund my prepaid payment for their failures! Never use Viator as unreliable service and shady vendors!
