Cooking School is located right inside Triana Food Market. We offer daily food market tours and cooking classes. During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, as classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.
  • Apron, chopboard, knives and all kitchen utensils needed.
  • Full meal. You eat what you have cooked.

This cooking class and market tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Spain. The market tour by Sabrina was interesting and informative. The cooking class led by Chef Maria was fantastic. We made and ate 3 dishes (including Valencia style paella), along with sangria and a Cava and lemon sorbet dessert. Our tweens and teens had a great time and were engaged throughout. This experience was fantastic and I highly recommend it!

This was a terrific experience. We had a wonderful tour of the Triana market, where the vendors explained and demonstrated. The cooking class segment was absolutely fantastic. We all had chances to do every step, the food was delicious, and the chef/instructor was amazing. I would highly recommend this experience.

This was an amazing experience! Even though I’m quite the novice in the kitchen, this was such a good class - the dishes were delicious, and our hosts Kai and Carlo were great. Kai gave us lots of interesting information on the various regional specialties (jamón, olives, saffron) and the history of the market. Carlo was engaging and funny, and was an excellent teacher. We learned how to make TRUE paella (not “rice with things”!), and the salmorejo soup was outstanding and is easy to replicate at home. SUCH a great class!
