I love to make paella for family and friends…so I decided to up my game, and learn to make it more authentically, and to get the crispy part down every time! You know, the Socarrat. So we up for a lesson from Taller Andaluz de Cocina at the market in Sevilla.
Between a tour around the market to find the best ingredients, to actually cooking, and then eating it, well, it was great! I learned so much, I only hope I remember it all. I took a lot of videos, and pics. Thanks to Chef Leo, and his trusty sidekick Daniella, I think my next paella will be the best one yet. And, best of all, I highly recommend a cooking class with your significant other.????
