We certainly had a wonderful experience. First of all, the tour of the markets and cultural sights was very interesting and informative. Our host, Vidhya was able to convey the history and culture of Singapore. She introduced us to merchants and stallholders and provided fascinating insights. Then the real fun began with cooking up a three-course meal showcasing a range of flavours and cuisines that make Singapore so very exciting. It was amazing to learn how to use exotic spices and blend the flavours in authentic style.

Denise introduced us to life in Singapore. We met her long term suppliers in the local market and cooked superb traditional dishes. Well worth it!

A great cooking class that gives you a perspective on Singapore, its culture, and food. The host was fantastic and the food amazing! I’d say my only issue was that the food cooked was different than what was listed on Viator, but it was so good that it didn’t matter. Also, Viator doesn’t list the amount of time this class lasts, so we couldn’t plan anything after it. It took about 3.5 hours.
