So is not really someone's home, is a shop is a very hard to find place. We even got there hours early and could not find parking. Once we finally found parking and navigated using GPS to walk thru the old town area , we finally found the class and it was wonderful! AnnaMaria was a fount of information and the small class size made it fun and intimate. Loved this experience, just not the getting there.

The pasta class was so much fun. Annamaria not only introduced us to Italian cuisine authentically and with humor, she was also able to tell us many interesting facts about the environment and culture. After the pasta course we got the right ingredients and now we want to prepare the pasta ourselves at home.
