I booked this tour 5 months before. I paid everything i had to. One month before the trip i sent a message to oohoo travel asking if everything was ok and how to know if the trip would have been done. Everything ok, they said. Just call us 2 days before to check.
I called 2 days before and "sorry... we apologize... no tour is possible because our tour operator won't work until 15 days..."
Really, no seriousness at all. Yes, i got a refund but i had to find a new tour in 1 day, on a weekend, and it was really hard.
Why don't you send an email telling you can't do the trip???
And listen to this. If you tried to book the same trip both from tripadvisor and from their private site, you could do it. Damn, they kept accepting bookings (and money) for a service they couldn't provide!
NEVER AGAIN.
