  • Bus stops closed on Mondays: Hotel Valparaiso, Fundacio Pilar i Joan Miro, Palacio Marivent, Es Baluard.

We booked and paid in full for the excursion around Palma, half the route was closed due to a marathon taking place which they didn’t tell us until after we booked.

We have to change seats because in some seats the earphone connectors did not work. This is not the first time it happens, this is a problem with all hop on hop off.

To flee!! It is a shame to sell such a product!!! Scammers!! 5 tickets booked for September 30, 2025. - 10h, first round to gauge the different sites: 1st driver no stop at the castle is said closed (I checked on the site it was open!!). - 13h, drive between the Cathedral and the Caixa Forum, 2d characterful and execrable driver who is asked if the stop at the castle is again possible, he talked to us like dogs!! Apparently not!! So instead of the castle visit the Spanish village. - 16h, wait 1 hour to have a crowded bus that was late to arrive, find the same execrable driver who made people climb the drops (we were the first to wait, 5 people could climb, 2 wanted to pass us in front, we explain to him and he starts barking again instead of talking!!) and there the highlight of this day extra expensive, this time stop at the castle!!! We could not see it because in the evening go back to take the plane!!! And yes Mr. the execrable driver!! It was true we really had to go back to the airport at 6pm!!! I will remember your bus registration 2042 HFW!!
