You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I stayed there from July 5-7, 2024. I had booking for 4 days (July 5-9) but for some reason I had to check out on July 7. A day before I told at the reception that I want to check out on 7th, I learnt that I had unknowingly booked thru booking.com and only they could make the change so that I have to pay for only 2 days. I did not have all info to get to them and make the changes. The Manager Christopher Godemann at the hotel helped me for almost 1 hour to make that change. He was extremely helpful and I genuinely appreciate that the hotel has such helpful staff. Usually in a foreign country it is difficult to communicate.

Miguel was a fabulous tour guide and helped us see and do everything we wanted during a short visit to Mallorca. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. He was responsive to our special requests and made everything customized to what we wanted.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to accommodate for the group and change the tour based on limited mobility of one member in the party.
