Stockholm Winter Tour

We found this trip to be well organised , informative and perfect length of time for winter months. Friendly helpful team , mulled wine and snacks on board .

Great experience. We dressed an extra layer so we could enjoy it from outside. There is a little kiosk to purchase warm drinks as well. Well worth it!

I’m sorry to say that I will not be booking with this organization again. The information provided on the website about the winter boat tour in Stockholm did not align with the actual experience. Before booking, my sister and I contacted Viator and were assured that soup and wine were included in the trip. Considering the high cost (400kr per person), we decided to proceed based on this. However, during the tour, no food or drinks were offered. Afterward, we reached out via phone and email to request a partial refund. Unfortunately, we were told that the 'included' items referred to additional purchases from the cafeteria, which was both unclear and misleading. Furthermore, the website stated that the tour would be limited to 15 participants, but there were about 30 people onboard. Although the organization eventually (after sending several emails) refunded 20%, I still feel it was inadequate, as I would not have booked this trip had I known it was a commercial boat ride with no included food or drinks and a much larger group than advertised. I hope they update the information on their website to prevent others from having a similar experience.
