Nakupenda Tour Snorkeling Sea trip - Zanzibar

This was the worst toir experience of my life. First I paid the 10 extra sollar for pick up without realizing my hotel was close to the meetong point, they ask me 4 times my adress and didn't mention it always confirming i would be pick up. Until the last dau where they finally told me "Just walk" and opposse giving me back the extra even tho they didn't do anything. 2) I arrive 9h40 guide was there, they had us waiting seated there until 11 20am to finally leave. Always telling us we are waiting 10 min more to find more people. Untill nobody else arrived and we finally went out 3) In your photos and description it specifies it was in a traditional Dhow. So when i saw little boat i asked the guide 2 times if the boat was taking is to the dhow and he said yes, once in the boat he told me there was not dhow and that i misunderstood his answer!! 4) I called his boss ibrahim and he told me Dhows didn't go to Nakupenda even tho i had 5 of them in front of me!!!! 5) I tried to call the agency, wrote them by any channel possible. Was completely ignored. 6) The tour was an all day nakupenda, but other clients were going to prison island. So they left me on the island at 2h and told me i would stay there until 4. Bit 30 min later the friend of the guide told we were going back already becaise his clients were bored. I did no had time at all to enjoy the island. 7) There was not tea/hot bread or tropicsl juices asdeacribed 8)In all day no one was capbale of say "Im sorry" a single time. After i insisted they finally admit their did a bad job, and apologise. BUT immediately after inreceived the notification from viator the operator denied any wrongdoing and ias getting a partial refund. 9) As i waited for my taxi the next day ton eave town near their meeting point, i saw tourist complaning to them about having waiting 1 hour to leave. THIS WAS NOT AN ISOLATED CASE. They are incompetent all days.

Nothing of the description was honored. We waited 1h and a half after arriving to the meeting point just sitted while the guide Ali, kept saying 10 more minutes, everything we ask how long its was going to be. Finally they took us to a boat, i ask him twice if the boat was going to the Dhow, and he told me yes. But it was a lie, as we went directly to the island I asked again, and he just laugh and told me there were no dhow allows on the island, but when we arrived there were plenty. There was no tea, juice o any of the advertised snacks. I tried to contact the tour operator but they didn't answer. They told me they were going to prison island next, so they left me alone in the island with another tour operator, their guest were tired so we went back to stone town early. I could barely enjoy the island of the day. Not a single "Sorry" was said all day long. They didn't bother to call back, or answer me. PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THEM

We had fun.The tour was well planned,Pick was on time,Tour guide was professional and the Lunch was nice.
