My wife and I made the “day use” of the hotel’s facilities, with boat ride and boat ride from Muelle de la Bodeguita.
Positive points: organized boarding, agile boat, beautiful place (with the reserve below), delicious lunch included (with the reserve below).
Negative points: 1) although the sea has a good water temperature and is quite calm, without streams, for Brazilians it is not worth investing about $100.00 per person to spend only a few hours on a beach of turbid water, with many elements (stones, shells etc) that hurt the feet in the more shallow part, being that in Brazil any beach more or less has the most crystal clear water and softer sand than this... 2) the usable part for the contractors of the “day use” is separate from the other guests of the hotel, which is understandable. What is not understandable is that the separate part for us had the dirty pool, even the water was salty, and, the worst, there was no freshwater shower available for a bath, which I consider a despair. The only one there, near the dirty pool, dropped water in a dropper, making it impossible to remove the salt from the body after a sea bath. Tip: Instead of paying $100.00 to come home salty, go for free to any public beach. 3) do an absurd terrorism to not bring any food or drink outside, to consume what is sold at the hotel, which is understandable. What is not understandable is the absence of a waiter in the beach area or pool to serve the guests of a day, which is why my wife and I ended up not eating any of them. I admit that I found the establishment unintelligent at this point, as they no longer offer a basic comfort existing in any Resort in the world, and at the same time they no longer profit. 4) The lunch buffet service included in the Vacation Package was poorly managed, as it wasn't self service, and we depended on the few employees (some poorly mooded) to serve the food, result: the queue was huge. When we went to pick up the dessert there was nothing more, only remains of past fruits, that is, who arrived first ate, who arrived later or ate the main more slowly (which is always recommended for health issues...) remained without dessert.
