    Upon arrival we will enjoy a local snack and drink, then we will take a ride on the Medellin metrocable, the only one in the world that was created with the intention and need to transport locals in their daily lives. We will observe the social contrast in Medellin and we will have the best view of the city.

    We will arrive at the commune 13 of Medellin, in the sector of the stairs. There we will try different Colombian drinks and snacks. We will talk about the history of violence and transformation that the community has had to face, and we will interpret the graffiti that accompanies us throughout the tour.

Meghan and Marlon made this the best trip ever! They were incredibly responsive, organized, punctual and planned the trip perfectly. They made us feel very safe and comfortable. They both speak perfect English and have a great understanding of the city history and culture. Would highly recommend there services and feel like the money was more than worth it!!

Wow what a great trip to Medellin: I didn’t know what to expect, partially due to the reputation of Medellin of the 1990’s. What we saw, what we tasted, the people we met and loved... Medellin left a great place in our heart. What made the trip to Medellin special was the care and the attention we received from our guide, Meghan! She was part of the family during the trip, and for every wishful thinking we articulated out loud, she’d move everything around to make it happen: from organising a last minute horse-back riding in a coffee plantation, to arranging a water-skiing extra with a dinner by the lake.. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Wish there was a sixth or seventh star to add to this review. Trip was for a family of 5, with kids ages 17-19-21.
