The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Ho acquistato il biglietto online ma mi sono ritrovato a non avere prenotazione. Non serve prenotare online e nemmeno pagare, ma c'è la fila fisica che spesso è lunghissima. In pratica ho rischiato di perdere l' aereo. Ho preso un taxi. Inaffidabile con poca cura dei clienti. Non prenotate e cercate alternative che garantiscono la prenotazione.

Sinvergüenzas. Eran las 22:00 del 3 de julio, cuando llegamos a la parada del bus. Allí había un hombre, al cual le pregunté donde se sacaban los tickets, y me dijo que se pagaba en el autobús, cuando eran las 22:10, me puso el datáfono para que pagase mi pareja y yo (18 euros en total) a lo cual le respondí que en la web eran 14 euros, y me dijo que sí, pero que 15 minutos antes, que ya no valía y que mirase en la web si quería, al final tuve que pagar esos 18 euros. Son 2 euros más cada uno, es una tontería, pero son las formas y la poca profesionalidad, solo vale sacar dinero y tomar, desde luego no lo volveré a coger, nada recomendado.

I would give a negative score if I could. We booked the ticket with 18:20 timeslot online, but turns out need to wait in line with those without a ticket. They just sell the ticket on site, and force us to take the bus 20 minutes late. If you need to arrive airport on time, which every traveller should, don’t take this bus. The staff in red vest even shouted at us and threatened us to shut up if want to take the next bus. The whole bus station is a disaster and everyone in their messiest way. Shouts, cries, sweats, heat, questions, resentment. A unexpectedly wrong wrap-up of my Rome trip.
I don’t expect any improvement from the company since your staff just present us her most arrogant way to reject our opinions.

If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
