Do NOT use this company! We scheduled a transfer from the La Romana airport- I called when we landed at 3:25 to tell them we had arrived and they said a car would arrive at 4pm. So we waited and waited and no one showed. When I called back I was left on hold for 20 min for them to tell me they went to a hotel to pick us up and since we went there we would still be charged! I spoke with a customer rep over an hour prior and told her exactly where we were… this company is awful and charged me $229 and didn’t even show up and won’t refund! Do not use- take a taxi- they are cheaper and available as soon as you come outside.

Mario is very nice and very accommodating guide. We are a group of 30 and bus is very nice and comfortable. The ride to the airport from Riu Republica is not too far. Mario is also early, he was already waiting for us at the lobby.
