Avoid! The worst service! First they do not like my pick up point, after I change it the bus did not come. I arrived to the pick up pont 20 minutes before. I try talk on the chat and contact them with number they put on the page is not working. I was chatting with stupid robot and at the end 30 minutes after meeting time, they wrote me to take a taxi. I was already late and stressed and i took first taxi that I paid 100 dollars. There was no reply time to arrange proper taxi. I did not get any receipt because I took him from the street and did not know about receipt. The worst customer service ever. Rude and silent whatapp person to contact. Not giving informations. I hope you refund me my ticket and additional 100 dollars I had to pay. They are not serious, waste of the time, money and the put you in stressed situation.

Worst experience ever! They told us our transportation was at 12pm. We were there early and they said the transportation left at 10:45am and that was the last flight. Had to take a taxi. Stay away from them! Terry is the worst

Arrived in MBJ we had to wait an hour in the bus for the last passengers to arrive (okay I can understand this, the flights were all delayed). But the bus was in a horrible condition never felt so unsecure. The return flight has changed since the booking, so I wrote an email before the holiday, I advised again the Nexus representative on the airport. However in the Hotel we were called 4 (!) times at 8AM by the Nexus representative, that they were still not able to find the return flight. I went to see her, sent her our booking confirmation and thought it was finally okay. The day before leaving still nothing was organized. Another colleague finally managed to give us a pick-up time. The day of departure the driver was 30 minutes early ! So that we were stressed for nothing as we arrived 4 Hours (!) before the flight at the airport. This service is simply not acceptable and was really annoying if you just want to relax. Better book your tours and transfer with another operator. We did 2 excursions with ReggaeTours, they were amazing and everything worked as planned !
