Johan was personable & informative and accommodating With our vegan diet for the tasting. He even offered to refund us when my partner awoke with a migraine on the morning of our hunt which I appreciate.

Such an amazing experience! Johan is so knowledgeable and such a charismatic host. The dogs Caramel, Eclair and Mirabel are gorgeous and full of personality - and so clever!! The truffles are absolutely delicious and served beautifully after hunting in the fields.
