Tuscan Cooking Class. Cooking Class of traditional Tuscan meal from starter to dessert including a fresh home-made pasta at the end of the lesson dinner with all prepared accompanied with Chianti Wine. The maximum number of customers per lesson 15 people. The school has applied all the legal regulations for sanitizing from Coronavirus. We enjoyed this class very much. We learned quite a bit, had fun and then sat down to a delicious four course dinner. The other participants were good company and Francisco was very good at showing us the "how" plus explaining the "why".

Well organized, friendly class. We created a delicious dinner, with step by step instructions in Italian and English. We learned how to make soup, home made pasta with sauce and cook a pork roast, using simple ingredients. Then we all sat together and ate our dinner. I would highly recommend this class to anyone

Everything, we love taking cooking classes and this was by far our favorite!Food was delicious and we learned many new things .
