As an Italian born, I can attest that this cooking class was as authentic as it gets. Chef Francesco shared precious insights on traditional tuscan food. The very accurate translator did an excellent job at conveying in simple terms what was happening. Helpful class that gives Dos and Donts on how to make pasta, grill meats, cook tomato sauces, use wine in cooking and so so so much more. Personalities of chef and english translators are very likeable, cheerful, and authentic. The food tasted amazing, especially the Pappa di Pomodoro and the Tagliata with scallions. We will def. recreate the dishes at home as they all were easy to prep and cook. We absolutely loved the class and we may consider taking another one with them whenever we are back in Siena.
