  • All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
  • Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
  • Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
  • Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.
  • Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
  • Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Avoid boats unless you are ok to rely on a schedule that barely works, follow confusing instructions from staff (often wrong instructions), be double charged as a result of those, and then argue with TfL for a refund which is done, if done, “as an act of good will”. And it costs a fortune. Grab a black cab instead. An ex frequent user of boat service.

Multiple routes with many locations, nice drivers. Liked the audio as we road from stop to stop. Hassle free transportation.

Had a great day exploring London on the Uber Boat. Staff was friendly and made sure you were getting on the right boat. Shut out to Norman who made our wait at Canary Wharf enjoyable.
