  • Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
  • Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We stopped in at Canary dock and talked to Norman about the Uber boat. After a friendly chat and guidance we bought a full day hop on/off ... a far better way to see London than any other way we have tried. Uber boat staff are all very friendly and professional , boats were clean with an assortment of refreshments available, free toilets on board were a great asset. Sit back and just relax and enjoy the trip we quickly learned is the way to go. And not expensive at all if compared to all other methods available.

I went to Reddit to get some traveling advice and someone said start in Greenwich and head west on an Uberboat. So I did it and we enjoyed the hop pass. However there's a bit of waiting with the schedule and our schedule. I didn't mind the wait as our feet aren't used to all this walking. The interior of the boat is really nice. Some windows aren't as clean as others and everyone wants the best view to see the bits of London. I had a good experience and will recommend to others. Thanks!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Norman at the Canary Wharf pier while catching the Uber Boat, and I cannot praise him enough for his outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, Norman’s warm and welcoming demeanor stood out. He was incredibly kind and patient, answering all my questions with a smile and ensuring I knew exactly where to go. What impressed me the most was his genuine care for each passenger, making sure everyone felt comfortable and informed. His efficiency and professionalism kept everything running smoothly, even during busy periods, and his positive attitude truly brightened my day.
