Universal Orlando Park to Park Tickets - USA / Canada Residents

So, the only reason that we got the park to park pass was so that we could ride the Hogwarts Express to see the rest of Harry Potter world. The kiddos were excited to see the Knight Bus and that the shrunken head carried on a conversation with them. They loved sitting by the fountain right next to the Knight bus in the shade eating snacks while watching Kreacher peak out of the second floor window of Grimmauld Place. The entrance to Diagonal Alley is tucked away right across the street from the Knight Bus next to the train station behind a wall. Loved watching the dragon breath fire from atop of Gringotts Bank every couple of minutes. It’s difficult to ride the rides as most of the lockers there for storage are not very large for storing merchandise. So, good to have someone with you that’s okay with hanging back with merchandise in case you want to ride a ride and your merch can’t fit in the lockers.

Everything at the park was excellent up to the point when we ate. Parking and the walk to the park were easy. The rides were excellent and the wait times were not too bad -especially if you choose the single rider line option. The scenery was magical and the park was super clean. But when it was time to eat, the experience turned awful. The food prices were outrageous but that was to be expected. What was not expected was the drink experience. They hand you your cup at the food service and you stand in a long slow moving line while people attempt to get there drinks from a self serve fountain drink machine. I noticed that most everyone received an error message which greatly slowed the process. I got the same error message when I tried to get mine. It said I was using the wrong cup and was out of refills before I was even able to make it work. Obviously there is some chip in the bottom of the cup and if you don’t place it just right in the machine you are out of luck. I went straight back to the counter and told them I did not get my drink. The guy explained the process and eventually filled my drink there. There has to be a better way to do this. Maybe someone or some instructional sign to assist. As if that wasn’t bad enough, there were no napkins left in any of the dispensers. I go back to the counter and ask for napkins. I was told they would send someone out to refill them. Someone does come and places a box on the counter and leaves. I look inside and there are papa is of napkins so I help myself. This is terrible customer service and a bad way to conduct business. I would’ve rated the park a 5 if not for this bad experience. Very few people look happy to be working here.

Great hotel and great park (Islands of adventure and Harry Potter).They have the best park and the best park that my family loved
