During my visit to the Rock Shop today, I encountered a very unpleasant situation. When I wanted to pay for my purchases, the cashier started talking to other customers about the history of Hard Rock Cafe. I was in a hurry because my group of friends (including 3-year-old children) were waiting for me outside in the sun. So, I politely asked the cashier if she could serve me now because my friends were waiting outside. Her reaction was quite shocking to me. She looked at me condescendingly, rolled her eyes, and then threw my purchases at me. This unprofessional behavior greatly discouraged me from visiting the bar again.

One of the best HRC experiences we have had. Addison is an absolute legend, and an asset to the team. He looked after us, nothing was a problem at all. Food and beverage recommendations were on point, and he even showed us a part of the cafe we would have otherwise missed. Food arrived quick, hot and portions generous. Great service all round Will be back as soon as we can!

Bad service Only interested in other diners not the set menu that viator voucher offers. Only booked it so we were guaranteed a table as in Nashville for only 1 nite and my son really wanted to experience the Hard rock hotel. But totally disappointed.... The voucher didn't work and the manager wasn't any help at all, just stood there. Totally waste of time and money.
