We are a sports association that deals with the recovery and maintenance of ancient traditional boats. This was a very authentic experience and one of our highlights when visiting Venice! Much more affordable than riding an expensive Gondula!

We thoroughly enjoyed learning to row a gondola. Way more fun that just going on a gondola ride! And with experienced rowers (sweep, sculling) in our family, it was cool to learn a different style of rowing.

This is an experience that allows you to understand the importante of a tradition and what goes into keeping the tradition alive. This is a must do with those who love the water and want to support the mission of those who are trying to keep Venice alive
