For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great service! The guide met us at our hotel lobby and assisted us with luggage to the dock where our water taxi met us. Once at the train station, our guide assisted us once again with luggage and explained where to look for our platform number.

The transfer from the train station to San Stae stop was good other than the fact that we had to run to catch the water taxi and when we were obviously confused and ran past the boat the captain was visibly upset with us for not understanding where we were to be.
The real issue came with the return when we were to be picked up from San Stae stop where we had been dropped off. The afternoon before we were to leave we received a message at 3:07 p.m. (our pick up was suppose to be at 10:00 a.m. the next morning so this would not allow us to cancel without penalty) we were informed our pick up stop had bee changed to a Rialto Mercato 9 minutes from our original point. This means we are hauling bags over cobblestone streets and bridges which will take much longer than 9 minutes and going in the opposite direction of the train station! This is unacceptable. We have disputed this and Viator has been gracious enough to give us a full refund for this which is good. However, we would recommend Viator not utilize this service in the future. It was a complete disaster.
