  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Was not at the pier on time. We had a train to catch and had to pay for another water taxi to take us as we waited 10 minutes and they were a no show.

The service was over the top fantastic. Picked up right at the hotel, taken right to the train station and then someone was waiting to help us to the appropriate train. Couldn’t have asked for more. Perfect for someone not familiar with the Venice transportation scene.

Great service! The guide met us at our hotel lobby and assisted us with luggage to the dock where our water taxi met us. Once at the train station, our guide assisted us once again with luggage and explained where to look for our platform number.
