For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

20 minutes late. Had to hire luggage service to make train on time at a cost of 40 euros. Not dependable

We purchased this service to include transfer of luggage from the hotel. Viator assured our agent this service would be provided. The local vendor did not include the service which made this a challenging transfer for us.

Was not at the pier on time. We had a train to catch and had to pay for another water taxi to take us as we waited 10 minutes and they were a no show.
