    Once at the chef's home, roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of Italian cooking you’ll be guided through the preparation of authentic Italian dishes from scratch. You will start preparing the tiramisu. No Italian meal would be complete without it, prepare the mascarpone and soak the cookies in the, once ready it will wait in the refrigerator while you prepare the rest of the meal. Hi will show you all the secrets to making the best tomato sauce, and a few other pasta sauces. Depending on the season and the availability of produce you will prepare the second course (fish, Parmigiana or Risotto), as you knead, roll, and shape the dough, the tantalizing aromas of authentic Italian flavors fill the air, promising an unforgettable culinary experience. We had a lovely day, first walking through the market, then going to the operator's home and helping him cook fish, pasta and tiramisu. He was kind and engaging and patient and we had a wonderful day in his company. Highly recommended. I will certainly be using the techniques I learned today to cook when I get home. He even answered questions about other dishes from what was on the menu.

We enjoyed our morning walking through the market with Lorenzo. We prepared fish and vegetables from the market and made fresh pasta from scratch. After preparing our meal we had a lovely lunch together and spent time just visiting in Lorenzo’s kitchen. An all-together memorable day!
