Several Hours way ahead of our scheduled flight, I already reached out to the operator that our flight was delayed and to just pls monitor the new arrival time in Vienna. Upon arrival in Vienna airport, our driver was not there. We contacted him and he said he is just on his way. We waited for 30 min more upon arrival. He blamed us for being delayed and said that he had another customer. What is the point of communicating early on about our flight delay then? What is your policy about unexpected flight delays?

What I will remember is that after an 8 hour overnight flight, we had to wait 45 minutes for the driver to arrive. We waited at the pickup point and tried to contact Viator unsuccessfully. We finally got help from the airport service desk. Driver eventually showed up and took us to the hotel.

Michael was easy to find at the airport. He was very courteous and helpful. The transfer process was very fast
