Several Hours way ahead of our scheduled flight, I already reached out to the operator that our flight was delayed and to just pls monitor the new arrival time in Vienna. Upon arrival in Vienna airport, our driver was not there. We contacted him and he said he is just on his way. We waited for 30 min more upon arrival. He blamed us for being delayed and said that he had another customer. What is the point of communicating early on about our flight delay then? What is your policy about unexpected flight delays?
