What a horrible business. Confirmed the tour and didn’t bother to show up. Doesn’t Viator hold their partners to any standards? This is the second time this happened to me in just one week.

I arrived at the meeting point on time but nobody was there. I tried to call but couldn't get a hold of anyone.

It seems that the operator is not reachable, at least not on the web. It's very unfortunate, because it would be an interesting visit.
