The experience will start with the winery tour, during which we will explain our company history and what we produce today and we will explain the wine-making processes and production while showing our machineries and barrels. After that the wine-tasting is starting: we have a large wine-tasting room dedicated, where the guests can sit at tables. They will taste 4 wines (2 IGT Toscana Wines, 1 Chianti Classico and 1 Chianti Classico Riserva) accompanied by 2 Tuscan cheeses and by a selection of at least 6 different "bruschette"/toasted Tuscan bread (for example with a sauce based on olives or peppers, tomato and basil, pecorino-cheese and bacon ... seasonings may vary depending on seasonality). I run my family company since 2010, together with my brother Daniel: we continue the family tradition dating back to mid of the XX Century with passion and dedication. We produce wines made exclusively from our vineyards and our lands. Our vineyards cover 25 hectares

    The host was amazing. We had the best day. The wines were delicious. The bruschetta and cheeses were a perfect pairing with the wines.

    We had an extremely knowledgeable guide who showed us behind the scenes of the winery and described the processes of wine making and olive oils. She was very thorough and did an excellent job. After our tour we sat to have our tastings. It was very relaxing with nice proportions. Great value for the money!

    The wine, olive oil and bruschettas were beyond excellent, and Benedetta could not have been a more gracious host. They even have a collie named Zoe to play with, amazing experience!!
