  • Minimum age: 5 years old. Kids: From 5 to 11 get half off the adult ticket price. Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
  • Minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license
  • Days of operation are subject to availability and changes.
  • In the event of a no-show, tickets are non-refundable but can be used on another day.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My family went to Xplor Fuego the other night and thought it was amazing. We’d gone to Xplor 8 years ago during the day and thought it was great but the night visit was even better. We loved the zip lines at night and the cave swim was super cool with all of the lights. I definitely recommend this for families with older teens. My son and his college roommate loved it and so did we.

We went during the afternoon/evening with xcaret tour. It was the best thing ever, we had so much fun. Ambiance is to die for. Our two young kids wanted to go again and again.

So fun! More fire. Would go again during the daytime. Nighttime was not busy and made it feel like we were on our own.
