Depart from your accommodation in Yogyakarta early in the morning, ideally around 6:00 AM to 10:AM to beat the crowds and make the most of your day. From Yogyakarta to Borobudur Temple, the journey takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Explore Borobudur: Arrive at Borobudur Temple complex. Spend the morning exploring the temple, admiring its intricate carvings, and learning about its history. After soaking up all that history and culture at Borobudur, the drive to Prambanan will be a nice change of pace. It's about a 1.5 to 2-hour ride, so not too bad. And back to Yogyakarta from Prambanan in the late afternoon is a journey that many find memorable. During this time, the sun begins to set, creating a breathtaking panorama that combines the natural beauty of the landscape. Danny is a good communicator and flexible. He picked me up at the hotel I was staying and explained about the places we will be visiting. He asked me if I want to stop the Mendut monastery at Borobudur entrance and offered to take photos of me. At Borobudur he took me the check-in area and stayed with me till I was assigned a guide. ( At Borobudur, tourists are allowed to go in only with an authorized guide ) After that he took me to the Lava tour. He explained that due to recent eruptions of the valcano, it was not possible to do the full tour but did arrange a partial one in a jeep. After that he took me to a restaurant near Prambanan temple where I had a great lunch and followed by the tour at Prambanan temple. . Again he got the entrance ticket taken care and told he where he will be waiting. Before dropping me off, i need to go to a money changer and he took me there, waited for me before dropping me off at the hotel. At my request, he also sent me a google map link to a restaurant that serves great Beef Rendang

Djion e’ molto gentile e ci ha proposto delle escursioni interessanti e ben organizzate. Molto carina la gita al vulcano Merapi con escursione in Jeep 4x4, apprezzata soprattutto dai bambini. Il nostro driver si chiamava Dani, sempre puntuale e gentile, prudente alla guida e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste
