After booking and paying the tour there was no contact from the operator, unlike what happens with the good operators who already contact via WhatsApp. By the way, this company does not have WhatsApp, another sign of being a bad company that does not want to be contacted by customers. I sent them a message through Viator's platform, no return. I then contacted Viator who also could not speak on the phone informed by them and they never appeared, a total disrespect and lack of professionalism. To complete, I had to explain to two kids, my 11-year-old daughter and my 7-year-old son that they would no longer have the safari they so wanted. Disappointing! Viator has made the refund of this unrealized tour.
