I made my reservation in two week anticipation and paid for the service in advance to go to Playa del Carmen. When I arrived to Cancun's airpiort there was a gentleman with eTransfers sign, there was already a person with his kid waiting for his service. Long story short, we both waited for our prepaid service for 1.5 hours and thge only thing we got from the guy with the sign, was that he was not getting any response from the company. I contacted them through whastapp and only got delys but the transportation never arrived. I had to buy another ride from a different company, so I ended upo paying double. Up to today, 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for them to reimburse me. They haven't done so, and have messaged them for the second time.
