I had to advance the initial booking schedule, for transportation from Playa del Carmen to Cancun Airport.
For 3 days I tried to communicate by chat, mail, whatsapp and phone to all the contacts indicated in the reservation, without having any answer by any means. I manage to update the schedule on the web, and I get a confirmation email with the new scheduled schedule.
Turns out they didn't make it to that time. We're three older people waiting in the sun.
When I manage to contact me by chat after much work, they indicate that the schedule that was settled was the initial, but that they were already 15 minutes from the destination.
Finally again those 15 minutes were not fulfilled, and not only did they not reach the rescheduled schedule, but they arrived 20 minutes later than the initial schedule.
The driver tells us that he had the ride 10 minutes before he arrived.
The truth is that we hired him because when we arrived it worked without problem, but it was terrible service when it came to the return to the airport, and twice as expensive as taking a taxi on the street. For the next one we will take it into account.
