The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

Although we had to wait a few minutes for the driver to come to the airport it was not a big deal. Frank was our driver to apply to Carmen. He stopped for us free of charge at a pharmacy. He was very nice and punctual, the van was clean and roomy. I would use them again.

We had a reservation to get from the Cancun airport to our hotel in Playa del Carmen the afternoon of Dec. 31, prepaid. Pre-trip communication was good, but when we arrived we waited and waited. Finally, after an hour (rather than the "within 20 min" advertised), we were told they had a driver for us but could we share with another couple going to Playcar since they were short on drivers. We agreed. They escorted us to meet our driver and the escort disappeared for about 10 min, then came back with another company representative who told us other travelers had taken our ride and we would have to wait again, they had no idea for how long, probably at least another hour. We finally ended up taking a taxi for twice the price, but at least we got to our hotel to start our vacation! The company was good about refunding our entire trip (I was not going to trust them for the return after this experience, so we booked alternative transportation through our hotel), but it was very disappointing and frustrating to spend the first 1.5 hours of our vacation standing in the hot sun at the airport wondering if we would ever get to our hotel. They should not take reservations if they cannot guarantee having enough drivers to fulfill services in a reasonable time-frame.

The people that me us at the airport were very friendly.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
