We had the most wonderful time with Flaminia and Elisabetta! They are incredibly kind hosts, the food we made was phenomenal and the setting was very special. Could not recommend this experience more highly - a real highlight of our trip! Thanks again for such a great day.

We are a family who loves private and unique tours while on holiday and this cooking experience at Elizabetta’s farm was one of the most authentic and memorable experiences we would recommend to anyone who wants an evening to learn from a seasoned chef, feel like you are part of their family and eat like a real Bologna local. The experience suits all levels of cooking ability. One of the main reasons this experience caught our eye was that two of our family members have made their own pasta before and are very comfortable in the kitchen while I have never made homemade pasta. We didn’t want a cooking school or anything commercialized but an authentic experience. What we got was beyond our expectations—the cooking tips that even tested our own methods and that we will be changing when we get home..to the special relationship between Flavia (with perfect English) and her mother Elizabetta had us laughing and enjoying the whole night. We felt so honored to be part of this special family and their timeless and delicious recipes , welcoming us into their home and making us feel that we were old friends who knew each other for some time. If you have a chance to go, you don’t want to miss this experience!

Was really looking forward to the pasta class but with only a few hours notice before the meeting time we were informed a refund had been authorised. No explanation, no apology. So disappointing. If we had cancelled in this time frame we’d have had to pay whatever the reason.
