On our last night in Italy, we joined a pasta-making class about 30 minutes outside of Bologna—and it was truly special. The chef’s home and property looked like something off a postcard. It was so beautiful it almost didn’t feel real—rolling hills, garden views, and a peaceful setting that instantly made you slow down and soak it all in.
What made the experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of the chef and her daughter. They welcomed us into their home with such warmth and joy, it felt like spending the evening with extended family. Their love for cooking and for sharing their culture was obvious in every moment—and it made the experience feel deeply personal.
Our group had six adults (including four in their 20s), and we all had a blast. Even more telling - our seventh group member was on his third visit to this class. That says everything you need to know.
It wasn’t rushed or overly structured—just a relaxed, hands-on evening full of laughter, learning, and truly amazing food. The dinner we shared at the end might’ve been the best of our entire trip.
Looking back, it wasn’t just a class—it was a memory we’ll talk about for years. The perfect way to wrap up our Italian adventure.
Just book it. You’ll thank yourself later.
