My husband and I went to the class, hesitantly I might add as neither of us really enjoy cooking. What a wonderful surprise! Marin, our chef, picked us up at the hotel and we walked to the market to get fresh ingredients, including fish. Marin was wonderful I n showing us how to do what we needed to do and then let us do it, monitoring all of the time. So much fun! And the food was delicious. if I might say so myself. Thank you Marin and the Split Cooking School.
