Split Cooking Classes are great for all levels and lovers of food and they are designed to give you an authentic taste of Croatian cuisine. Your class will include a vegetable and fish market tour where we will buy our ingredients from the local producers and fishermen (NOTE: classes are also available without the vegetable and fish market tours). Back in the kitchen, we start the cooking process by tasting local wines and liqueurs and then switching on the tunes while our award-winning chef helps you to prepare the amazing meal. All of our chef instructors have worked in some of the best restaurants in Croatia as well as in Europe so as to give you the most professional cooking experience. You will be learning from some of the best food experts in Croatia! At the end of your class you will enjoy the meal that you have worked to prepare. Food and wines are included in the price.  Enjoy!

We took our team to the Split Cooking Class and had an amazing experience. We learned about how to choose fresh fish, how to make a stock, and so many other great lessons. They gave each person the opportunity to participate and had wine and delicious snacks which enhanced the experience. Best of all was eating an incredible meal that we had helped prepare. Petar and his team were amazing!

We were on a tour of Croatia with 11 other travel mates and this cooking class was arranged for us by tour group. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! We met two chefs in the lobby of our hotel around 9:15, went shopping at the local fish and vegetable markets for all the fresh ingredients used in the class and proceeded to the school. We were greeted by the master chef and served some appetizers and wine while the process was explained for the class. Everyone was assigned a job and guided through each step and together we prepared many dishes which we all got to enjoy at the ended of the class! A fabulous experience not to be missed if you are visiting Split!!

I had a great time during this cooking class. We went to the market, made several dishes, and got to try local wines and desserts. I think the value of this cooking class was beyond worth it. I had a great time and Chef Bruna was so kind and patient! If I'm back in Split, I would love to do it again. Thanks for a fun experience!
