Ayush is very professional and caring . Me (3 years of tog experience )and my boyfriend ( with no yoga experience ) joined his sunrise yoga class , and Ayush tailor made the flow for us, making sure both of us can enjoy the process and have some take aways. The location is nice , and I love the vibes there .Makes me very clam and focus . I even do my first head stand successfully! Thank you. Ayush!

Je suis allé deux fois au cours de Ayush. Cours et professeur au top. Ayush est à l'écoute et vous explique parfaitement les différentes positions. Je ne peux que le conseiller si vous passé par Varanasi. Encore merci pour ces moments de relaxation ???????????????????????? ☀️☀️☀️

Just beside the Dashashwamedh Ghat lies a calm and sacred yoga studio—one that feels deeply connected to the spirit of Varanasi. A striking mural of Lord Shiva stands at the front wall, quietly watching over the space. It brings a sense of peace and inner stillness to all who enter. The teacher is highly experienced and sensitive to each student’s condition. When I had pain in my right knee, he immediately modified the asanas to avoid discomfort. He also sensed my shallow breathing due to stress, and gently included breathwork that helped me regain balance. It’s a beautiful moment to return to yourself—away from the noise of the world. A must-visit experience in Varanasi.
