INDIVIDUAL YOGA CLASS - BEGINNER / ADVANCED Sunrise Yoga with Ayush in Varanasi

Doing sunrise yoga with Ayush was my best time in Varanasi! I and Mr. enrolled in primary yoga, since Mr. is the first time in contact with yoga, Ayush is also careful to guide him to do some simpler moves, people of any level can enroll, absolutely no problem. It was really relaxing to follow Ayush to practice yoga, while doing Japanese ritual together, while under his leadership, for the first time, the whole person felt completely immersed in the world of yoga, and strongly recommend all those who have visited Varanasi to experience his yoga lessons!

Ha saputo cogliere le nostre volontà e i nostri limiti e ci ha regalato un momento indimenticabile per chiudere in bellezza e relax il nostro viaggio in India. As a solo female traveler from the U.S. (I know maybe 10 words in Hindi, thanks Duolingo), it’s imperative to find safe resources abroad. I of course wanted to experience a yoga class in this ancient and holy city, and am so incredibly lucky to have been recommended Ayush for an individual yoga class. He came to meet me in my hotel lobby to make sure I found our yoga meeting place safely, he provided the mats needed, and was a knowledgeable, understanding, experienced, and patient teacher. We did yoga overlooking the Ganga on the nearest ghat, and despite the bustling crowds and sounds around us, he somehow was able to help me bring my focus back to movement, breath, and the lesson. He asked me questions first to better understand my experience with yoga, and understand how I was doing physically (any injuries, etc.). He expertly led me through the class, then left time in the end for any poses I had had in mind (I love a good standing/balance pose), and even encouraged me to try a headstand for the first time in a few years. With his help, I was upside down and balancing in no time. (10% by myself, but appreciate all the assistance!) I cannot wait to return and take more Ayush yoga lessons, and highly, HIGHLY recommend him for any sessions you or your group are looking to book.
