I recommend you find a different water taxi company. We confirmed our hotel location we set online and in person with the desk. We were told we would be dropped off right at our hotel doors. When the time came to be dropped off the driver stopped at a public square area and said this was our stop. I asked the driver if he was sure that our hotel was at this stop because it didn’t seem right. We confirmed our names and hotel name with the driver (there was only one other party on the boat) I went to check my phone for the map but he rushed us off saying yes yes this is it this is your stop you need to get out here. He didn’t help us with our bags getting off the boat, just handed them to us while still in the boat and had us try to get off the boat with suitcases in hand. I have a broken wrist in a brace and needed a bit more time to maintain my balance and safely get off the boat but the driver was being aggressive and making us feel uncomfortable. When finally being able to check our location we were a 28 minute walk away from our hotel. The driver lied about our drop off stop. When trying to get the drivers attention before driving off he ignored us. We treated this driver with respect and were very courteous the whole ride. If you dislike tourist that much to be blatantly rude and disrespectful for no reason at all you probably should not work for a travel transport company. Luckily my traveling companion had service on her phone to be able to contact the company for them to send out another water taxi however on the phone the company told us we needed to what’s app them a picture of our location or else they couldn’t send another taxi. We confirmed with them multiple times over the phone what water bus station we were at, spelling it out to them and telling them the dock number, they still continued to demand a picture through WhatsApp even though we tried to explain to them the messages were not going through. Finally after multiple calls back and forth they finally agreed to sent the water taxi to the location we told them on the phone and we were taken to our hotel. This situation was completely avoidable and completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend you avoid this company to avoid going through the same experience.

This was very different from the normal taxi on roads, a great way to arrive in Venice and was the last drop off so had a great tour around the back canals, a very enjoyable experience

We were nervous about this transfer but it worked really well. Very little waiting, taxi was bang on time collecting and delivered us right to our hotel. Good value for money with a bit of sight seeing thrown in free.
