  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes)may attract a small additional fee, payable direct to driver.
  • Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle.
  • Infants aged 3 years and under travel free of charge. They must be seated in the lap of an adult. No child seats or baby capsules are provided.

  • The Venice Marco Polo Airport doesn't serve the cruise port

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Follow signs in airport for water bus and office 71 is just before moving walkway .. This is the best way to travel from airport to venice Arrive in style

You're told desk 71 is on the left as you exit baggage collection, dont panic (as we did) when you see the shutters down and desk 71 closed. There's a sign redirecting you to another floor where desk 71 is clearly labelled. Go right when exiting the elevator and its at the end of the corridor. Lovely lad manning the desk who was really helpful and thorough. Nice captain who safely delivered us to our hotel without any issues. Perfect from beginning to end. We are returning with the same company at 4am on 30th of January. Slightly concerned due to the pickup time but I'll post again to let you know how that leg of the journey goes. ????
