The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Venice Marco Polo Airport is approximately one (1) hour from Venice.
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes)may attract a small additional fee, payable direct to driver.
Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle.
Infants aged 3 years and under travel free of charge. They must be seated in the lap of an adult. No child seats or baby capsules are provided.

On certain dates, most travelers staying outside of Venice who are planning to visit for the day will be required to pay a €5 access fee. For further details (including exemptions) and to learn what days this fee is applicable, please visit: https://cda.ve.it
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Our first time in Venice we took the public water taxi which was ok but cramped and slow ????, this way of getting to the Rialto bridge is much quicker and comfier + the people we shared the boat with were jolly and the driver was too making for a happy trip he also took us the more scenic route to our destination so we could see all the beautiful buildings that were lit up as it was evening time.

Rude staff at boat - boat taxi guy on dock was super rude when I asked him a question - told me “can’t you read?” In broken English in front of my family. Honest mistake on my part that I had not checked at check in desk - but had just arrived off flight, etc. piss poor on his part.

Shared with 8 others. This particular boat #32, sounded like the engine was having issues. The driver seemed to take a very convoluted route. We back tracked a couple of times. Instead of dropping of by last bags in. A route minimizing time would be more efficient. However. The driver was accommodating and the boat was clean. I just didn’t expect it to take so long.
