You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

It was the correct choice for our hotel, dock was 50 feet from hotel. Finding the vendor was difficult and the confirmation was misleading. The trip was crammed in with passengers and luggage.

Brilliant little airport - no passport queues on arrival in spite of Brexit, and the departure - check-in, security, the lounge and boarding for our BA flight to Heathrow were faultless. Really good example of how efficient and traveller friendly a reasonably busy airport can be.

Voucher arrived timely but was missing key details, like where to pick up tickets. There was a picture of docks with a blue dot, so we assumed we had to go to the docks to exchange tickets. Hauling 2 weeks of luggage, we made it to the docks only to be told we had to go back to the airport to get the tickets. Nothing on our voucher said we had to go to window 71, so we wasted a lot of time and energy trying to get our tickets. Everyone was rude, the boat captain wasn’t helpful, drove erratically. Never again.
