  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes)may attract a small additional fee, payable direct to driver.
  • Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle.
  • Infants aged 3 years and under travel free of charge. They must be seated in the lap of an adult. No child seats or baby capsules are provided.
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
  • The Venice Marco Polo Airport doesn't serve the cruise port

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Don't book shared rides. We were not explained we had to wait for people. We wait 40 mimutes for others to arrive.

The boat is very small and we had way too many people crammed into such a small boat. After such a long flight from Houston to Venice with luggage I would not recommend the group taxi. Everyone was kind but it was just too packed.

What a great way to arrive in Venice. The trip took about 45 minutes and dropped us off a couple of minutes’ walk to our hotel near Piazza San Marco. Highly recommended!
