Die schlechteste Tour, die wir je gemacht haben. Kaum Informationen, keine interessanten Orte oder Gebäude, billige Audioguides Ohrstöpsel fiel dauernd raus, Fenster beschlagen, 9 uninteressante Haltepunkte, völlig überteuert. Abzocke

Whilst on board the Amsterdam bus, we overheard the supervisor telling the driver that there would be no more circuits completed due to road closures. I asked the supervisor to clarify situation. He advised me to contact the company to get a refund. They did not inform any of the passengers that got off the bus that there would be no way for them to return to their preferred stop. The company refunded me only 20% of the purchase price even though there is no disputing the fact that they did not fulfill their obligation to provide transport for a full day. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
