I have take. These buses in every city i travel to that they are in operation and have never had an issue or complained. This hop on / off is a waste of time and money. There is no sightseeing. It makes 8 stops including the train station and one stop was closed and one was a diamond factory scam that’s actually out of the way and serves no purpose. The tour goes in a circle that can easily be completed by using the public tram system. The recorded narrative provides literally no information on the city and the few attractions that are mentioned require quite a bit of walking to get to from the bus stop. Save your money, take a taxi to the desired attraction and do your own walking or taxi tour. Guaranteed it will cost you 1/2 the price. ( and that’s for just one person. ? I would actually prefer a refund and just might file a misrepresentation claim with my credit card.

Be prepared to source your own map to find the stops to get into the bus, and maybe try to find a timetable as well. The process was not straightforward through viator - maybe it is easier through the company directly. Pain in the arse to get onto in wintery Amsterdam weather.

Such an underwhelming experience, just one route and not even the important part of the city. Very disappointing!
