Don’t buy, seriously. I went to the museum and they told me that viator’s code wasn’t valid.
The agency needs to send you another code. Called them and they said there was an error on their system and couldn’t generate me the tickets.
I escalated to the manager in turn, and she said there was nothing they could do to let me in. Then she got really rude.
On top of not delivering the tickets after paying them, they are rude! Terrible experience.
I complained with Viator, and luckily they refunded the money. But I missed the chance to get in, as I left the next morning.
