    We bought an all-inclusive pass for our trip to Barcelona but it was such a horrible experience. The hop-on-hop-off buses were impossible to get on, we missed 5 buses before cutting our losses and found alternative transport means. Sagrada Familia is also supposed to be included as part of the pass. We booked the tour as stated by Go City, but the tour guide didn't show up when we arrived at the specified timing. Calling customer service was useless as nobody responded, phone calls/emails/Whatsapp went unanswered. Calling the tour operator was useless as well, they kicked us back to Go City and told us to take up our issues with them. I do not recommend buying this card, as you won't get any value out of it at all. If you face any problems, good luck with getting anyone to help you.

    Just do not buy this pass. Pass is not well come in Barcelona. Attraction do not accept the pass. For guided tours very bad selection in time.

    Booked a pass for Barcelona, and made further reservations with their partner service providers 20 days prior to use. On the day before we were to actually visit the attractions, their partner service provider cancelled a previously confirmed reservation. Instead of being helpful, the GoCity customer service official was rude and claimed he had no responsibility towards us despite us having paid a hefty fee for 4 passes. Left us completely high and dry.
