One or two days before the date of transfer, I notified Viator of the disembarkation time, around 9 am as determined by the ship and not 8 am as Viator had self-determined. We arrive at the exit around 9:08 am and saw no Viator driver. I called, and called, and the driver eventually texted that he was there from 8:45 am until 9:15 am. The driver did not speak the truth as we looked and looked and saw no driver holding up the name sign. I booked Viator based on their “free-cancellation” advertisement; but their “bait-and-switch” policy now says they will refund 50%% of what they charged me (100% which I had paid). I had informed Viator well in advance of the 9 am disembarkation time, did not tell the driver to be there at 8:45 am, so the driver’s not telling the truth failed the day. This is to inform Viator that I will never again use Viator services and will tell all my friends, near and far, of my very bad experiences from Viator.
