Booked an airport pick up with them and it was a nightmare. We travelled as a family of 3, my parents and I. The driver was loaded with attitude. First he slowed down at several places to take phone calls, significantly delaying us. Second the seat next to him wasn't accessible as he stoved his luggage beneath it so we had to uncomfortably adjust at the back, all 3 of us. Thirdly, we had 3 suitcases as we were going towards the car, he took the staircase all the way down. I asked him twice if there is an alternate route as I had with me my mom who is 70 years old and a patient of osteoporosis and my Dad who is 77 with Arthritis. Each bag was 20Kgs and they couldn't have carried it and nor could I. As a woman it was tough for me to do so. He couldn't care less about responding to my question about an alternate route and so I and my dad carried the bags down the stairs, only to be told later by lady that there was a Segway which was wheelchair friendly and we could have dragged our bags as opposed to carry them down the stairs.
I have no other experience with this operator nor do I intend to. I booked their services via Marriott Budapest. It's a 5 star hotel, so I would think they too had a responsibility to ensure they sent sane people and not someone like him, who let alone help, believes in hurting customers. Very bad start to my Hungarian vacation.
