I recently took part in a strudel-making class and it was an absolutely fantastic experience.
We made apple strudel and a cottage cheese & cherry version. The instructor created a very engaging and hands-on environment, encouraging us to check the dough at multiple stages so we could really understand the process. It felt like I truly learned something—not just followed a recipe.
The studio itself was beautiful and incredibly well-equipped. Honestly, if I ever open my own cooking space in the future, I’d love to model it after this one. The instructor was clearly well-prepared and experienced, and it showed in every detail of the session.
Strudel is not something you can easily learn just from YouTube—this class made all the difference. Highly recommended!
