We scheduled this excursion a couple of weeks before our cruise. Our ship was unable to dock at the port and we could not take the excursion. I called the company about 1 1/2 hours prior to our scheduled departure and they refused to offer even a partial refund for this unavoidable cancellation. There were 6 in our party and they kept $697 for doing nothing. I checked with other tour operators that we had bookings with for our cruise and ALL OTHER COMPANIES said they would refund if our ship could not dock. So buyer beware. I feel a partial refund was appropriate. I strongly recommend that anyone taking a tour associated with a cruise check with the operator and get in writing that if your ship cannot dock, you would receive a refund.
