The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our Viator ride texted us that they would be late for our 0500 pickup. When it was time to leave our room we checked out of hotel. A driver came in the door who spoke very little English, said our name. I verified with the hotel clerk that this was the airport transfer.
We had paid ahead and when we got to airport, the driver asked for payment. I showed him the voucher. He called the hotel and then we talked with hotel clerk who admitted it was his mistake. So we never took the Viator transfer but there is not a n/a (not applicable) choice on your survey.

Venho por este meio solicitar o reembolso célere do serviço não prestado!
O transfer não apareceu, a Viator não respondeu aos meus emails e ficamos sem transfer.
O valor total do reembolso são 110€ que solicito.
Tenho vários emails da vossa parte que não foram respondidos, liguei para os vossos serviços durante toda a amanhã do dia 07/06, liguei várias vezes para os táxis/transferes!
Aceitamos os valores extra e ninguém apareceu! Simplesmente horrível o vosso serviço.
O feedback que irei dar e péssimo!
Caso a devolução não seja feita, terão 14 reclamações internacionais aos serviços dos direitos aos consumidor! Para além disso, terão nas redes sociais e motores de busca 14 reclamações com indicações que são uma fraude!
Não aparecerem, não atenderam e cobraram valores!
Péssimo péssimo!
Peço urgência pois tenho 14pessoas insatisfeitas e aguardar o dinheiro!
