My wife and I visited Cancun to celebrate our 32 Anniversary and decided to do a tour to Tulum and we found Ocean Tours. It was 100% worth it! Alex Jimenez and Yordi Dennis were our tour guides and they did an excellent job. Alex is very knowledgeable about the history of the area, he did a great job. The tour included snorkeling and it was breathtaking. I had an encounter with beautiful sea turtles, manta rays and a big fish. The Tulum ruins are just amazing. Alex took us to the cenotes and it was fabulous. We 100% recommend it. Thank you Alex and Yordi!

Abbiamo fatto il tour delle Rovine di Tulum, snorkeling a Akumal dove abbiamo nuotato con le tartarughe (ce ne sono tante, grandi e bellissime) e poi Cenote Yax-Muul (pazzesco!!). Un’esperienza bellissima, che la nostra guida Rafael (Rafa’s peoooople) ha reso indimenticabile, raccontandoci tante cose interessanti con energia e grande simpatia!

We booked a walking and food tour with Viator in Bruges Belgium. We arrived at the EXACT meet up spot 15 minutes before the tour start time. We never saw our guide and the guide never reached out tu us. We missed the tour and the tour company refused a refund. Viator was of no help. We have done many tours with Viator and in our experience the guide goes out of their way to find all of the guests. It is beyond belief that we were not issued a refund. We have booked several excursions with Viator and should have been treated as a valued customer. Instead our concerns were met with a derisive rejection.
